The EFS Studio
Extend Fitness Studio is located at 136 Glass St., Suite 140 in the Uptown Myotherapy building. Our in-studio classes are held on weekday evenings and Sundays. This space is shared with other fitness businesses.
Virtual classes are conducted on Zoom. Link provided by your instructor in the hour prior to your scheduled class.
